  • 1 pack Maggi noodles (boiled)
  • 1 boiled potato (mashed)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cornflour / maida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Boil the Maggi as per packet instructions (without extra water).
  2. Mash the boiled potato and mix with Maggi.
  3. Add chopped onions, green chilli, salt, and cornflour. Mix well.
  4. Shape small balls from the mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney!
