🍝 ingredients
- 1 pack Maggi noodles (boiled)
- 1 boiled potato (mashed)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (optional)
- 1 tbsp cornflour / maida
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
👨🍳 Instructions
- Boil the Maggi as per packet instructions (without extra water).
- Mash the boiled potato and mix with Maggi.
- Add chopped onions, green chilli, salt, and cornflour. Mix well.
- Shape small balls from the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup or chutney!
