Cacutta style fish curry 😊😋🥳

Seer fish 5 pieces any single bone fish).
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste 
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustered seed - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seed 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp 
Grated onions - 2 now
Pounded garlic 
Pounded ginger 
Grated tomato - 2 nos 
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp 
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste 
Tamarind puree -  2 tbsp
Water 
Powder jaggeri - 1/2 tsp Optional 
                                Tips 
Add seer dish or single bone fish in a bawl
Add turmeric powder. chilli powder and salt. Gently rub the spices on the fish 
Let it marinate for 15 minutes 
Add oil in wide pan shallow fry the fish 
On both sides untill slightly brow .
Remove theme and keep it aside .
Add mustered seed. Fenugreek seeds .
Fennel seeds. Add cumin seeds. 
Grated onions and saute it well
Pounded garlic & ginger & saute till
Onion turns. Brown.  Add grated tomato.
Add turmeric powder. Chilli powder . 
Kashmiri chilli powder.
Add coriander powder and salt .
Onces oil seperates Add tamarind puree.
Add water and let it simmer for few minutes.
Add shallow fry fishes .
Close cook the fish on medium flame 
Add jaggery powder and salt .
Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
               Ready fish curry enjoy 😉
